CorpHotline is one of the pioneers of third party managed whistle-blower ethics hotline service in Nigeria. It was introduced in 2009 and has a dedicated reporting platform that allows anonymous reporting of possible unethical or improper conduct in an organisation. The service is available and limited to employees who are not comfortable making a report of unethical or improper issues directly to line managers or the management for fear of victimisation or reprisal especially when the culprit is a more senior person within the organisation; and third parties such as the clients, contractors, vendors and others in a business relationship with the Company. When making a report on any of the CorpHotline channels (telephone, email or website), you can choose to identify yourself or remain anonymous. CorpHotline maintains a confidentiality policy and will protect your identity to the extent permissible by law.

Corp Hotline encourages non-retaliation for reports made in good faith, even where sufficient evidence is not found to authenticate the report.
